Many known Saudi banks provide complete banking services 24 hours a day through their branches on the arrival and departure floors and the walkways connecting the commercial lounges, in addition to many ATMs scattered throughout the airport. (ATM).

Medical Services
The airport has a hospital consisting of 32 beds and providing treatment services for about 15000 habitants among the airport's employees and their families, in addition to its role in responding to emergencies and road accidents in the airport. Most of the major specializations are available in the hospital, and there is an emergency room operating around the clock and connected with the telecommunication network in the airport.
The Ministry of Health provides also first aids in the commercial lounges through two first aids centers in the terminal 3 and the international terminal 2 in order to deal with any emergencies or injuries that might happen to the travelers or workers inside the terminals and utilities of the airport. All works of health seclusion are also practiced to prevent the admission of diseases and contagious epidemics in case they are disseminated outside the Kingdom.
Information Services
The Saudi Arabian Airlines provide information services to the travelers from the international terminal 2 and the domestic terminal 3. The agents of the foreign airlines provide the same services for travelers from the international terminal 1 twenty four hours a day.
